- Sending is blocked until the brand and campaign are approved. We never imply we control carrier approval times.
- STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT suppress future messages immediately, including scheduled and API sends.
- Sent means the carrier accepted the message. Delivered means a positive handset report. Nothing is inferred.
- Every API key belongs to one workspace and one environment. Agencies administer clients through explicit grants.
Pricing
Usage based, per segment, plus pass-through carrier fees, number rental and registration fees, all shown before you send and itemized on every invoice. Public rates are published at launch.
